Oscar, Cody, and their team did a great job on our house when our water line burst in the kitchen. They were patient, responsive, and very detailed, documenting everything. Insurance companies make me nervous but with SOS working with us, I felt much more comfortable knowing it was being handled right. We had a leak in our shower behind the wall and under the pan. We were referred to SOS Anytime Restoration. These guys came out quickly and took control. They had to cut into the drywall in several spots and set up fans etc. They knew the flooring would have to come up so they very carefully wrapped up the furniture in the master bedroom. They set up plastic sheeting because of the smells that would come from tearing up the old shower. These guys are professional and top notch! They also dealt with the insurance company so we didn’t have to. We highly recommend them!

We make the restoration process simple and stress-free. From the initial inspection and claims assistance to complete drying and repairs, our expert team guides you every step of the way. Whether you’re working with insurance or paying out of pocket, we ensure the job is done thoroughly, with clear communication at every step.

Free On-Site Inspection

We start with a free, thorough inspection of your property, documenting everything with photos, videos, and moisture readings to assess the damage. If you’re filing an insurance claim, we’ll assist with the process, ensuring all information is explained correctly.

Claims Assistance & Approval

If you’re working with insurance, we’ll send the documentation and scope of work to the adjuster. We work directly with the insurance company to get approval and confirmation of coverage before starting demolition.

Damage Control & Stabilization

We set up stabilizing equipment and containment to control further damage. If hazardous materials are present, we’ll refer you to a licensed abatement team before we proceed.

Removal & Drying

Once we’ve got approval or your go-ahead, we remove damaged materials and set drying equipment for 3-5 days to fully dry the structure. If hazardous materials are found, we adjust the scope and move forward once they are safely removed.

Final Documentation & Payment

After the drying process, we finalize the scope of work and negotiate with your insurance adjuster to agree on the price. For out-of-pocket projects, you’ll receive a revised invoice. Once everything is settled, payment is issued or processed.
